The Initial Review interviews your fleet manager and one or two operational line managers to understand your fleet use model. A sample of up to 5 vehicles are investigated via a tabletop review and a report is produced demonstrating current practices and potential for electrification or hybridization and outline potential cost savings.
A detailed review of your fleet is conducted using your telemetric data. Baseline operating models are developed and bespoke options are proposed for electrification or hybridization down to the individual vehicle level. At the end of the review, you will receive an in depth report highlighting which vehicle are suitable for transition today along with an estimate of potential savings across the vehicle’s lifespans.
